How Long will shipping take?

THE PROCESSING TIME FOR ALL ORDERS IS 72 Hours.

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive an email once your order has been shipped out with tracking.

Please allow between 7-10 business days for shipping once your order has been processed (which can take up to 72 hours). Express shipping is not currently offered at this time.

We do not offer to ship to any P.O. Box or FPO, or APO.  Only to a physical address. Be sure to ship to an address which is best for you convenience, we will not be responsible for any loss or damaged items once the item has been delivered. 

When checking out using PayPal, please be sure your shipping and billing address is the same. This can be temporarily updated on Paypal and must be changed prior to payment via PayPal. Order will be shipped to the billing address, so please be sure shipping and billing address match.

 

​ Can I pick up order locally?

 

Store Pick-Up

If you are local, store "pick up" is an option. Once the order is placed, you will receive a email with pickup instructions. Store pickup time will be 7-10 business days. 

 

Can I cancel my Order?

 

Sorry Doll. Once order is placed we cannot for any reason cancel the order. Even if order is place same day.

Can I return or exchange my order??

 

Returns/Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL… We do not issue refunds once the order has been shipped. Please be sure to carefully select the items that you wish to purchase, exchanges are NOT offered.  If items are damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order at dreamluxehairco1@gmail.com. All packages and goods are thoroughly inspected and carefully packaged prior to shipping.
